Two presets
Both run the same framework. The preset sets the documents, questions, masking and time stamps.
PAN, Aadhaar and other ID documents, randomised questions that include address and financial profile, and IST time stamps on the recording.
Passport, national ID card or residence permit, neutral questions, and UTC plus local time on the recording. No country-specific rules.
Your servers, your data
The video KYC framework runs on the institution's own servers and storage: officer console, customer link, review steps and evidence. MediaSFU carries the live call.
You connect your ID checks, a certified liveness vendor if your policy needs one, sign-in and storage. The built-in checks assist the officer.
Compliance stays with the institution: its policy, process, testing and decisions. The framework gives it the parts to build on.
