Add voice calls to your Shopify store using the App Block
Sign up at mediasfu.com to get a free widget key.
In Shopify Admin, go to Sales Channels → Online Store → Themes → Customize. Click "Add block" and search for "MediaSFU".
Paste your widget key into the block settings. Choose widget type (Click-to-Call, AI Agent, etc.) from the dropdown.
Click Save. The widget appears live on your store immediately.
The App Block provides a visual settings panel in the Shopify Editor. Configure:
Floating button that launches a voice/video call. Customers click → immediate connection to your team.
Chat or voice AI that greets customers. Handles basic questions, transfers to agent if needed.
Embedded video room for scheduled calls. Customers join without leaving your site.
Shows recent call history and status.
Full AI interface in a container. More control over appearance.
Full agent management interface.
