SDK UI Revamp: Modern Interface, Panelists & Per-User Permissions Across All Platforms
All MediaSFU SDKs are getting a modern UI refresh — panelists support, per-individual permissions control, and a cleaner interface. React and Flutter are live now. More platforms rolling out this weekend.
What's Changed
We've revamped the UI across all MediaSFU SDKs to include modern meeting features that our users have been requesting. This isn't just a visual refresh — it's a significant expansion of meeting capabilities.
🎤Panelists Support
Designate specific participants as panelists with elevated privileges. Panelists can share their camera and mic, while attendees observe — perfect for webinars, town halls, and presentations.
🔐Per-Individual Permissions
Fine-grained control over what each participant can do. Mute/unmute, enable/disable camera, screen sharing, and chat permissions — all controllable per person from the host interface.
🎨Modern Interface
Refreshed controls, improved layouts, and a cleaner visual design. The new UI feels native on every platform while maintaining a consistent experience across web, mobile, and desktop.
📱Cross-Platform Parity
Every platform gets the same features. No more "available on web only" — panelists, permissions, and the modern UI are rolling out everywhere.
